Independent development studio The Retro Room Games has announced that their Kickstarter campaign to fund Collie Defense has just been launched.
Collie Defense is a new tower defense game coming to the Game Boy Advance in which you will have to assume the role of a brave Border Collie safeguarding a flock of sheep from various threats like bears, tigers, and foxes.

The game features 4 types of towers and over 10 diverse levels to conquer in story and high-score modes. It also incorporates an innovative QR Code system for sharing high scores —a first in GBA gaming.  A proof of concept of Collie Defense was initially created for the GBA Game Jam 2022, and after ranking 3rd, the game will be marketed as a fully-developed physical Game Boy Advance game complete with a case and manual as well as other goodies.
A demo version of the game is available on itch.io and can be downloaded using this link.
